The house, over a hundred years old, boosts thick sturdy clay walls, high ceilings, old Oregon doors, original sash windows and shutters. The numerous antique pieces which were collected over the years, paintings and family heirlooms all found a special place here. This serene retreat only takes a maximum of ten guests and is personally run by the Viljoen family and assisted by their loyal staff, Audrey and Annie. Laze around the pool or simply enjoy the abundant bird life in the lush garden and pick your own fruit from the various fruit trees. Cederberg Brewery, a microbrewery based at Cederberg Private Cellar on Dwarsrivier Farm in the heart of the pristine and unpolluted Cederberg Conservation Area. The formation can only be seen when travelling back towards Clanwilliam. Ndedema Lodge is situated in the scenic village of Clanwilliam, only two hours drive from Cape Town.
